Due to the nature of our products, hygiene standards, and concern for customer safety.

1. Returns and Exchanges
   For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges of lingerie are not possible.
   Please carefully check the size chart and product description before purchasing.

2. Note on Hygiene Products - According to Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Croatia, the right to unilateral contract withdrawal does not apply to products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery. Lingerie falls under this category.
