RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, hygiene standards, and concern for customer safety, a special return policy applies as described below.

Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges of lingerie are not possible once the order has been delivered and the packaging has been opened.
Please carefully check the size chart and product description before purchasing. -
Exceptions – When Returns Are Possible
Returns or exchanges are only possible if:

The wrong product was delivered.
Please contact us via email at info@venomsupport.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Attach photos of the product and packaging.
Wait for approval from our team before sending the return.
If it is confirmed that the error is on the brand's side, Venom by Sarah will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the return status.
If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method within 7 business days. -
Note on Hygiene Products
According to Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Croatia, the right to unilateral contract withdrawal does not apply to products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
Lingerie falls under this category. -
